We provide on site computer help in the Puget Sound Area.

We come to your place in Pierce County or Neighboring Counties, South King, North Thurston, East Kitsap. The service is often same day or next day. By handling problems quickly we don't need appointments.

Fees

The charge is $24/hr including driving time to the site (average 15 to 30 min.), from Lakewood near Steilacoom. Many problems can be fixed in an hour or two. I've been as far as Ashford and Renton on the way to Issaquah.

Steven

Is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) (for NT server 4.0). He has been using computers since 1975 and knows many programming languages. He can find and fix many problems with Windows 3.1/95/98/Me/2000/XP, DOS and hardware issues on computers. Microsoft Product Specialist #910 since 1991, Microsoft Solutions Provider Until 1995 and Other Earlier Programs.

Setup complete system including average driving time (30 min.), unpacking and installing software, printer and getting internet account setup average 2 to 3 hours. Systems with more hardware like scanner and camera about 3 to 4 hours. (*actual times will vary because of many factors like working environment and speed of computer hardware for software installations.)

Networks

Design, install, troubleshoot and maintain small to medium, wired and wireless computer networks.

Training

Work at your own speed and on what your most interested in. Can provide background history on much technology. Knowledgeable about many Microsoft/Microsoft Office Products. Can figure out software on the fly most of the time.
